Dr. Helmer Fellman Mendoza Jurado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es un destacado investigador y docente en el campo de la Inteligencia Artificial con una amplia experiencia en la academia. Actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como docente de pregrado y posgrado en la Universidad Privada Domingo Savio en Tarija y en la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Boliviana \u201cSan Pablo\u201d. Con una trayectoria acad\u00e9mica s\u00f3lida, Helmer ha demostrado un compromiso excepcional con la investigaci\u00f3n y la ense\u00f1anza en el \u00e1mbito de la computaci\u00f3n. Obtuvo su Doctorado en Educaci\u00f3n Superior en Ciencias Computacionales en la Universidad de Bremen, Alemania, lo que le proporcion\u00f3 una base s\u00f3lida en el campo de la educaci\u00f3n y la inform\u00e1tica. Como investigador cient\u00edfico, Helmer ha realizado contribuciones significativas en campos de vanguardia como la Inteligencia Artificial en instituciones reconocidas como la Universidad de Barcelona, la Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s y la Universidad Privada Domingo Savio. Su experiencia abarca una amplia gama de \u00e1reas dentro de la Inteligencia Artificial, incluyendo Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Miner\u00eda de Datos y Visi\u00f3n Artificial. Adem\u00e1s, Helmer cuenta con un Master en Seguridad Inform\u00e1tica de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma Juan Misael Saracho, lo que le otorga un conocimiento profundo en \u00e1reas como Ethical Hacking e Inform\u00e1tica Forense.
