JMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No tener deudas pendientes con la instituci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentar Formulario de solicitud para devoluci\u00f3n de los documentos requeridos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:28px\"><strong>PROCEDIMIENTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El estudiante adquiere el Formulario 081 con timbres correspondientes para solicitar mediante el mismo el retiro o devoluci\u00f3n de su documentaci\u00f3n que tiene en su Kardex en la Divisi\u00f3n de Admisiones y Registros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Presentar el Formulario 081, adjuntando su fotocopia de C\u00e8dula de Identidad en Admisiones y Registros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Divisi\u00f3n de Admisiones y Registros proceder\u00e1 al retiro del registro de la documentaci\u00f3n en el Sistema Acad\u00e9mico Tariquia y entregar\u00e1 al estudiante la documentaci\u00f3n solicitada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El estudiante deja de ser estudiante de la U.A.
