El 6 de junio de 1946, un grupo de Intelectuales Tarije\u00f1os dirigidos por el Dr. Federico Avila y Avila, emite el acta de Fundaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Tarija \u00abJuan Misael Saracho\u00bb, que fue aprobado por el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Bellas Artes y Asuntos Ind\u00edgenas de Bolivia.<\/p>\n

El crecimiento de la Universidad trascendi\u00f3 los l\u00edmites de la Ciudad Capital, abri\u00e9ndose institutos y carreras profesionales en Yacuiba, Villa Montes y Bermejo, atendiendo a las necesidades de la educaci\u00f3n superior a nivel Departamental.<\/p>\n

Como parte del Sistema de la Universidad Boliviana, abraza los principios generales de Autonom\u00eda y Cogobierno Paritario Docente \u00a0– Estudiantil. Es una persona colectiva de derecho p\u00fablico con identidad construida alrededor de su misi\u00f3n, principios, valores y criterios rectores, que se expresan en sus s\u00edmbolos Institucionales del escudo, himno y bandera. El tema Institucional destaca: \u00abSapientia Et Justitia Imnortales Sunt\u00bb.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed mismo se recuerda el D\u00eda del Docente Universitario, quienes son los que forman hombre y mujeres productivos, creativos y de propuesta permanente cuya labor est\u00e1 dedicada a tareas de docencia, investigaci\u00f3n, extensi\u00f3n, superaci\u00f3n y\/o producci\u00f3n en el marco de la visi\u00f3n, misi\u00f3n, principios y valores institucionales.<\/p>\n

La Facultad de Ciencias Integradas de Villa Montes brind\u00f3 su homenaje en conmemoraci\u00f3n al \u00abLXVII ANIVERSARIO DE CREACI\u00d3N DE NUESTRA CASA DE ESTUDIOS SUPERIORES\u00bb, y el \u00abD\u00cdA DEL DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIO\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

El Acto acad\u00e9mico fue el pasado Mi\u00e9rcoles 5 de Junio de 2013 a horas 17:00 en el Sal\u00f3n Auditorio \u00a0de la Carrera de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia, contando con la presencia de las Autoridades de la facultad Dra. Gina Pradel, Dr. Juan Carlos Soruco, Dr. Oscar Antezana, Ing. Salom\u00f3n Benito Huanca, autoridades invitadas de instituciones de Villa Montes, docentes, estudiantes y administrativos de Nuestra Facultad.<\/p>\n

En el acto se lucieron los Docentes ganadores en la evaluaci\u00f3n del Proceso Ense\u00f1anza Aprendizaje PEA realizado por los estudiantes. Conforme a la siguiente lista:
